Appointment Ettiquette

All appointments require a non-refundable $15 deposit to secure your booking. The deposit does not go toward your final balance. 

• Deposits are non-transferable unless you reschedule within the allotted time.
• Appointments without a deposit will not be held.
• If you cancel or no-show, you deposit will be forfeited.

Please book with confidence, as deposits confirm your commitment and reserve your time

All services are non-refundable once comleted. If you experience any issues, please communicate with me before leaving so that I can make reasonable adjustments or corrections at no additional charge.

Children's appointments are welcome for ages 10 and under, depending on your service type. 

• Please ensure your child is able to sit still for the duration of the service.
• If your child becomes restless or uncooperative, the service may need to be stopped for safety reasons, and the full amount ill still be due. 
• For safety and comfort, no extra children or guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

We want every child to have a positive, stress free experience in the chair!

Please respect both your time and mine arriving promptly. 

• A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may be added or your appointment may be cancelled. 
• Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late risk forfeiting their appointment and deposit. 

Consistent lateness may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings. Thank you for being on time!

I understand that life happens! However, please respect my time by cancelling or rescheduling in advance. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit. 
• No-shows will be charged 50-100% of the service total before being allowed to rebook.
• After two no-shows, you will be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

I understand that plans can change! if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so in a timely manner to avoid losing your deposit.

• You may reschedule up to 24-48 hours before your appointment without penalty
• Your deposit will transfer once to the new appointment date, as long as proper notice is given. 
• If you reschedule after the 24-hour window or more than once, a new deposit will be required.
• Frequent rescheduling may result in prepayment requirements for future bookings.
